However, according to a new report from TEAMtalk, despite both Premier League sides having had conversations about the prospect of landing the Liefering attacker, the player is set to snub the pair with plans to move to FC Red Bull Salzburg instead.
Moser is currently part of the Red Bull organisation at his current club, who are Salzburg’s reserve team, and the Austrian Bundesliga side intend on tying down the attacker to a new long-term deal after he turns 18 in the New Year.
Nevertheless, Moser has still been subject to interest from elsewhere in Europe, with both Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund keen to take him to Germany in an avenue that remains likely through RB Leipzig and the Red Bull portfolio.
Moser’s camp are said to have listened to offers that came in from both City and Chelsea, who made it clear how his future would map out as part of the City Football Group (CFG) or BlueCo, before the youngster ultimately opted to go down the RB network.
